Traffic Management Operative (Nights) – Caterham Depot

We are BUKO Traffic & Safety, a trusted name in temporary traffic management. As part of the BUKO Group, a European leader in safety and infrastructure solutions, we have been keeping roads, sites, and people safe for over 20 years. With over 300 team members across the UK, we deliver thousands of projects every year – from rural schemes and city centre works to major events and complex infrastructure jobs.

Role Overview

We are looking for qualified operatives to join our growing team. We offer 12‑hour night shifts with extremely competitive rates of pay. Working nights, you will help keep roads, sites and people safe while supporting our clients across the UK.

Typical Duties Include:

  • Delivery, installation and collection of on‑site Traffic Management.
  • Complete relevant daily and weekly paperwork including timesheets, vehicle checks, etc.
  • Shift work and working outside in all weathers.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Current Unit 2 Signing, Lighting & Guarding Qualification.
  • Live within one hour of the Caterham depot location.
  • Be able to pass a drug test.

Shift Patterns Available

  • 6 nights on; 3 nights off.
  • 5 nights on; 2 nights off with 1 in 3 weekends (On: Mon‑Fri / Off: Sat & Sun).
