Traffic Management Operative – Chalfont Depot

We are BUKO Traffic & Safety – a trusted name in temporary traffic management, bringing together the experience of Road Traffic Solutions (RTS) and Hooke Highways under one united brand. As part of the BUKO Group, a European leader in safety and infrastructure solutions, we’ve been keeping roads, sites, and people safe for over 20 years.

With over 300 team members across the UK, we deliver thousands of projects every year – from rural schemes and city centre works to major events and complex infrastructure jobs. Our teams combine deep local knowledge, smart planning, and a local feel, with an unwavering commitment to safety and service.

Role Overview

We are looking for unqualified and qualified operatives to join our growing team, we offer various shift patterns (12 hour shifts) with extremely competitive rates of pay!

We pride ourselves on the development of our teams and offering the very best of service to our customers nationwide.

Typical duties include:

  • Delivery, installation and collection of on-site Traffic Management.
  • Complete relevant daily and weekly paperwork including timesheets, vehicle checks, etc.
  • Shift work and working outside in all weathers.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Live within one hour of the Depot location.
  • Be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test.

Shift Patterns Available:

  • 6 days on; 3 days off.

  • 5 days on; 5 days off; followed by 7 days on; 4 days off.
