Full time- Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 with 30 minutes for break (40 hours/ week)

Role Description
As a rapidly expanding and progressive business, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated CAD Technician to join our existing team. The successful applicant must be well organised, have good communication skills and be willing to learn. We are looking for the right person, not the right qualification, so if you have the skills to make an impact in a fast paced, quality driven environment, then we want to hear from you. The successful candidate would be subject to a 6-month probationary period.
Responsibilities
- Production of 2D CAD drawings at chapter 8 standard
- Manage your assigned drawing allocation daily - 10 plans a day
- Resolve any queries and invoice all chargeable drawings completed, when necessary, in line with department KPIs. Escalate if necessary
- Communicate with the Head of CAD Design regularly, keeping them up to date with workload and daily allocation
- Customer service skills and liaising with internal and external parties through phone and email
- Assist with maintaining the drawing log on our bespoke web-based system (REPS)
- Consistently meet department KPI's - drawing ratio, lates, faults
- Basic computing skills and experience in Microsoft Office
- Always promote a positive and professional working environment
