Role Overview

We have highly competitive hourly rates, with market leading rates, especially for evening and weekend work. Our rates are straightforward, you are paid for every hour you work, enhanced rates come into effect with no minimum weekly hours required. This role involves working as part of a two‑person crew delivering patching works across Wiltshire, operating from our Swindon Depot. The position is primarily Monday to Friday day work, with occasional night work required. This is a 45‑hour per week contract, with opportunities for overtime.

Typical duties include:

  • Set up and close down temporary lights including 2‑way signals, Multiphase Signals and Pedestrian Signals
  • Road closures
  • Stop and Go services
  • Traffic Marshall/ Gate duty responsibilities
  • Support/lead lane closures for dual carriageways
  • Complete relevant weekly paperwork including timesheets, vehicle checks, etc
  • Working outside in all weathers.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and individuals will be expected to perform different tasks as required by the overall business objectives as it continues to evolve and grow.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • Live in Wiltshire or surrounding areas.
  • Be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
  • Holding a 12D M1/2 – M5 Lantra Qualification.
