Are you motivated, reliable and ready to take control of your income? We are currently looking for self-employed individuals to join our growing team. This is a flexible, self-employed position, Operative on Site / Manual Control, offering you the freedom to manage your own schedule while earning. Ideal for individuals who are driven, organised and enjoy working independently (shift work and working outside in all weathers).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own workload and schedule
  • Deliver high-quality service to clients
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Meet agreed targets and deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum Unit 2 / Streetworks qualified
  • Must have access to a personal vehicle for travel to and from site/s
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

What We Offer:

  • Flexible working hours
  • Rate: £170.00 per 12hr shift
  • Overtime: £25.00 per hour (after 12hrs)
  • Mileage: £0.48 per mile; for any distance exceeding 40 miles round trip per day (home → site → home)
  • Phone: £30.00 phone allowance pro rata or device available
