I'm going to be straight with you. I'm not looking for someone who wants a 9‑to‑5 with maximum holidays and minimum accountability. I've built Bukhari Chambers from nothing into one of the most recognised immigration law firms in the UK: 415,000+ social media followers, a loyal national client base, and a reputation built entirely on expertise and trust. I need someone who wants to be part of that. Someone who wants to learn, grow, and eventually run cases with real autonomy. Someone who sees this as a career‑defining opportunity, not just a job.
The Role
- Immigration Solicitor (or newly qualified with strong experience)
- Full‑time | Milton Keynes | Competitive salary + performance incentives
You’ll be handling a mix of appeals, applications, and business immigration matters. You’ll work closely with me – Ali Bukhari, Principal Solicitor and founder – and you’ll have direct access to complex, high‑value casework from day one.
What I’m Looking For
- Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with UK immigration experience
- Someone hungry, coachable, and genuinely passionate about immigration law
- Strong client communication skills – written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Sponsorship candidates welcome – we hold a Skilled Worker sponsor licence
- Someone who leads with what they won’t do
- Someone whose primary interest is the benefits package
- Someone who needs hand‑holding on every case
What You’ll Get
- Direct mentorship from a barrister/solicitor with 25+ years of immigration law experience
- Exposure to a firm that actually invests in its people
- A platform with genuine reach – our content is seen by hundreds of thousands
- Sponsorship available for the right international candidate
If this sounds like you, message me directly or send your CV to sd@bukharichambers.com. No agencies please.
