DetailBuitelaar Production UK Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the integrity and quality of our data, while transforming raw information into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making at the senior management level. Key Responsibilities
- Data Cleansing & Management
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues across multiple internal data sources.
- Design and implement data cleansing processes and procedures to improve overall data accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain and monitor data integrity standards, flagging anomalies and ensuring timely resolution.
- Work closely with relevant teams to establish and enforce data governance best practices.
- Document data cleansing workflows, transformation logic, and data dictionaries for internal use.
- Reporting & Insights
- Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reports tailored to senior management requirements.
- Present data findings in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable business insights that support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from senior leadership in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection, storage, and reporting processes.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience or education in data analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Exposure to ERP or production management systems.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or supply chain environment.
