The Project Manager will join the Built UK team to work across a strong pipeline within a startup environment. Built UK is supported by Built Australia, meaning you'll have the energy, innovation and freedom but stability to grow.
Here's what a typical day might look like for you:
- Management, delivery and control on CAT A and CAT B fit outs and refurbs.
- Completing the project in compliance with the clients/stakeholder expectations of time and quality.
- Identifying value add opportunities for clients.
- Maintaining costs and managing positive cashflow.
- Ensuring appropriate commercial control.
- Managing project resources.
- Liaising with HSE to ensure positive industrial relations are maintained.
- Establish and implement Project Management and Quality Assurance plans and associated processes and reporting.
