We're looking for a proven Account Executive (AE), based in either the UK or Netherlands, with experience managing the full sales cycle and building strong customer relationships. We need someone who is a people person AND a technology person. We need a strategic mind with incredible attention to detail. We need someone to source and close qualified opportunities and grow accounts within the European market, including through our partnership channel. We're particularly interested in someone who has "been there and done that" with similar technology (HR tech) and personas (CHRO, VP HR, VP Talent Acquisition, etc).
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close, including discovery calls, demonstrations, negotiations, and contract signing
- Build and foster initial relationships with both partners and prospects
- Collaborate with channel partners on joint sales activities, including co-selling and deal registration
- Create innovative and unique outreach strategies to build pipeline
- Collaborate with sales in building outbound sales program to drive revenue growth
- Support marketing activities for better brand awareness and lead generation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product, sharing insights and proposing enhancements that are representative of the customer experience
Required Skills & Experience include:
- Must be based in either UK or NL
- Must be willing to travel between the UK and NL at least quarterly
- Prior experience in SaaS sales, preferably HR technology
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
- Experience with CRM systems, Zoominfo, and other sales tools
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass background check, to the extent permitted by law
