Build is rapidly advancing its agentic AI stack for institutional real estate workflows. You will own Dougie’s behavior in production, wire grading into execution, and build a memory layer to improve performance with every run. You’ll directly reduce human-in-the-loop time while refining agent orchestration and feedback mechanisms.
The role focuses on engineering rigor, reliability, and scalable memory/context handling across sessions, in a fast-moving AI-led environment.
