About the Company: BUILT Recruitment is currently searching for a Site Manager to work for a respectful D&B company to manage and deliver an office fit out for a valued client. Ongoing projects and work pipeline means plenty of projects available moving forward.
About the Role: As the onsite Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering the project, focusing on health and safety, sub-contract management, and quality. Your responsibilities will include managing the programme, providing guidance to sub-contractors, and collaborating on site work planning and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Have a Gold or Black CSCS card, a full PPE, First Aid certification
- Site Manager must have CDM experience
- Must have experience managing fit-outs
- Must have SMSTS certification
- Manage personnel and operational staff
- Complete all necessary tasks required
- Attend all meetings
- Plan out weekly programs
- Manage and implement Safety Management System
- Have a strong relationship with the Project Manager
- Ensure final touches are complete
- Ensure there is good communication and all tasks are set to a professional standard
- Liaise with workers, stakeholders, and Project Manager
- Use own initiative
- Demonstrate fantastic organisational skills and meet all deadlines
- Strong IT skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office Package
- Willing to relocate if needed
