WHO WE ARE BUILT DIFFERENT is the fastest growing plus size menswear brand globally. Founded by Matt Edge and Tyler Ball, Built Different have already smashed their initial sales targets to reach £10M turnover inside 12 months. Matt and Tyler have drawn on their years of experience building multi-million pound global DTC brands with a focus on eCommerce. They have ambitious objectives to delight millions of plus size men in the UK and internationally over the next decade with exceptional product quality and an extended range. BUILT DIFFERENT’s objective is to grow to over £50M profitably while retaining its market-beating client satisfaction by the end of 2026. PURPOSE OF ROLE This role is career-defining; allowing the right candidate to make their mark, learn while doing and work to propel BUILT DIFFERENT into a trail-blazing, aspirational global fashion brand. Reporting to Co-Founders, as Creative Production Manager , you’ll use your creative skills to create a flow of new content use for social media and ads. You’ll organise photoshoots for e-commerce and lifestyle. You’ll also manage regular video shoots which are used for ad creative. You’ll also oversee the USA creative production and source and work with agencies in the USA. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Plan and organise e-commerce photoshoots Plan and organise lifestyle photoshoots for ads and social media. Source and find models that fit the Built Different brand. Help strategise and come up with new ad concepts use for Facebook & Instagram ads. Attend and plan video shoots which we use to collect raw content for ads. Work with our team of freelance video editors and make sure we are getting a constant supply of content for advertising. Collect UGC content from customers and find new creators. ABOUT YOU You will have a deep experience in Creative Production and naturally a very creative person. You will need to understand paid ads to a high level, and what type of creative works for paid ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Ideally you have experience with other fast growing e-commerce brands. You will need to be ambitious and ready to be responsible for all the creative for an 8 figure clothing brand.
