Built Alliance are working with one of the North's fastest-growing construction consultancies to appoint a Project Manager to join their expanding Stockton-on-Tees office. This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced Directors and senior leaders on framework-led healthcare and education projects, delivering meaningful outcomes for communities across the North East and Yorkshire. You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from early design stages through to completion, with exposure to clients including NHS Trusts, schools, and local authorities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver construction projects across the full project lifecycle, from early design through to completion, within framework-led healthcare and education sectors.
  • Support procurement and contract administration under JCT and/or NEC in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Engage with clients including NHS Trusts, schools, and local authorities to deliver meaningful outcomes for communities in the North East and Yorkshire.
  • Collaborate with Directors and senior leaders to contribute to project delivery on multiple projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering construction projects; public sector experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Comfortable with procurement and contract administration under JCT and/or NEC.
  • Interest in sustainability and long-term career development within a growing consultancy.
