A leading national cost and project management consultancy is looking to strengthen its Manchester team with the appointment of a Mid to Senior Quantity Surveyor.

With a reputation for delivering commercially driven advice on some of the UK's most complex and high-profile frameworks, this consultancy is trusted by major public and private sector clients to lead large-scale projects and programmes from concept through to completion.

Their approach is built around efficiency, technical excellence, and long-term client relationships, resulting in a strong pipeline of repeat business and framework appointments.

The successful QS will take a leading role on a range of framework-led projects, with a particular focus on Healthcare and Ministry of Justice schemes.

Working closely with key clients and stakeholders, you'll be responsible for providing strategic cost advice, managing project finances and ensuring successful commercial outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

Applications are welcomed from Quantity Surveyors operating at mid to senior level within a consultancy environment.

Previous Healthcare or Ministry of Justice experience would be advantageous, although those with experience across other sectors will certainly be considered.

Experience working under NEC and/or JCT contracts is important, alongside strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage projects independently.

This business is genuinely one of the more accommodating firms out there when it comes to flexible working.

Whether you're looking for a part-time pattern, reduced hours, or a working arrangement built around other commitments, they're open to a conversation about what works for you, their priority is finding the right person, not fitting them into a rigid structure.

In return, you'll join a highly regarded consultancy with a strong presence across the UK, a secured workload and career progression.

Excellent role for someone looking to work on significant projects, take ownership of client relationships, and continue developing within an ambitious and growing business on terms that suit your life outside of it.
