Responsibilities include cost management, procurement, contract administration and project delivery across a varied caseload, ensuring no single-track work.
Structured APC support is embedded, with chartered colleagues and clear progression and mentorship.
Qualifications: a degree or master's in Quantity Surveying, Project Management or a related discipline, ideally RICS accredited, with some post-degree commercial experience. Chartered status not required but a solid industry foundation is expected.
