Built Alliance are delighted to be working closely with a growing, innovative and independent consultancy based near Altrincham to find a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step up in their career to Associate.
This is a genuinely exciting move for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who's ready for more responsibility, broader exposure, and a bigger say in how the business operates.
The consultancy has built a brilliant and varied pipeline across commercial, residential, industriall and mixed-use sectors and this role sits right at the heart of that growth.
You'll be delivering full pre- and post-contract QS services, leading on cost estimates, feasibility reports and tender documentation, and taking ownership of contract administration, valuations and final accounts.
There's plenty of direct client, contractor and design team contact too, so it suits someone who enjoys being the person in the room driving projects forward rather than just supporting from behind.
You'll be joining a knowledgeable, close-knit team (very vibrant, get involved in all sorts of network and charity events) of cost and project management professionals in a business that genuinely backs personal development and gives people autonomy to make decisions.
Hybrid working is standard, and there's strong ongoing support for anyone working towards or maintaining MRICS status.
We're looking for someone degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, MRICS or working towards it, with solid consultancy experience and a strong grip on JCT contracts and standard procurement routes.
Most importantly, you'll be commercially sharp, well organised and comfortable stepping into a role with genuine influence over how projects and the business perform.
If you're a Senior QS ready for that next step, get in touch with Rob Hayton at Built Alliance to discuss further.
