About the Role : We are seeking a sales support professional to support our broker desk team in providing outstanding service to mortgage intermediaries and improving conversion of enquiries to applications. The successful candidate will expand the Company’s mortgage portfolio by securing new leads, converting previous enquiries and offering exceptional service and solutions to mortgage brokers. Previous financial services experience in a mortgage broking, sales, or business development environment. Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending policies, and the mortgage application process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with brokers over the phone. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. A passion for providing exceptional service.
