The predicted salary is between 23000 - 25000 £ per year.
The Customer Support Team are an important team at the very forefront of the customer journey with BuildStore. The team deals with all mortgage offers, interim release of mortgage funds and they also monitor the progress of customer projects. In addition to this they need to build a strong relationship with our clients and lenders.
The main objective of the role is to build a rapport with every customer and provide excellent (5-star) customer service. Every interaction is important and offers the opportunity to leave a positive lasting impression.
Responsibilities- Excellent customer service skills and experience
- Follow team processes with a high level of accuracy
- Proactively keep in touch with clients
- Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the journey, including solicitors, intermediaries and lenders
- Planning and organising workload effectively to meet client expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ensuring contact with clients is clear, professional and fully updated on systems
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly objectives & KPIs as set by your Manager
- Maximise cross-sale opportunities across the business
- Ensure client data is dealt with, securely & accurately in line with company standards and General Data Protection Regulation.
This role demands a professional individual with excellent telephone skills, ideally with mortgage and financial services experience, an ability to identify cross-sale opportunities and potential solutions for clients plus excellent customer service and communication skills. The individual will be a self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive team player who is personable and can build good relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
