Build Space has partnered with a top General Contractor helping them to build out their Project Team on an £80m Data Centre job in West London. One of the first positions we are working on is a QA / QC Manager, a key hire for the project. As QA/QC Manager you will oversee quality compliance on the CSA aspect of the project.
QA / QC Manager roles & responsibilities:
- Leading QA/QC across full project lifecycle: earthworks, groundworks, slab, structural steel, cladding, roofing, aspects of fit out
- Defining and maintaining ITPs, inspection checklists, and QA systems aligned to BS, ISO, and client standard
- Managing redlines, punch lists, QA reports, and technical documentation for compliance and client delivery
- Liaising closely with Site Managers, Subcontractors and Stakeholders to support integrated quality delivery
- Conducting internal audits and inspections to drive continuous improvement and identify root cause
- Reporting on quality metrics to senior management and provide input to system improvement initiatives
QA / QC Manager experience required:
- Minimum 15 years industry experience, 5 years in QA / QC role
- Extensive Data Centre / Hyperscale project experience
- Degree educated
- Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
This is a red hot role for a start ASAP, the project kicks off proper in March and will be on site for 2.5 years.
