Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Night Site Manager to oversee works on a food retail project in Suffolk. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-focused individual with strong experience in fast-paced retail environments, particularly in snagging and project completion phases.
Working Hours:
- Sunday: 4:00pm start
- Thursday to Saturday: 9:00pm - 6:00am
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all night-time site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
- Lead snagging activities to ensure high-quality project completion
- Monitor progress against programme and report updates
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site standards
- Maintain clear communication with day teams and project stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and ensure defects are rectified promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on food retail projects
- Strong snagging and finishing experience
- Valid CSCS Card
- SMSTS certification
- First Aid qualification
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage night operations effectively
