Role Overview

Seeking an Electrical-biased Site Manager to join an active commercial fit-out project currently 3 months into programme delivery. You will work alongside the Project Manager, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the electrical package through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage electrical subcontractors on site
  • Drive programme and ensure works remain on schedule
  • Oversee quality control and snagging
  • Coordinate electrical works with other trades
  • Monitor H&S compliance and site standards
  • Review RAMS and permits
  • Attend progress meetings and report into PM
  • Support testing, commissioning and handover

Required Experience

  • Electrical Site Manager / M&E Site Manager / Senior Electrical Supervisor
  • Commercial fit-out or refurbishment experience
  • Strong electrical installation knowledge
  • Experience managing subcontractors
  • Ability to read drawings and manage site coordination
  • Fast-paced project delivery experience

Qualifications

Essential:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS / ECS Black Card
  • First Aid

Desirable:

  • Electrical trade background
  • SSSTS
