Senior Design Manager roles & responsibilities: Leading CSA design management on one live project at a time, from preconstruction through to delivery Coordinating designers, subcontractors and the wider project team to ensure design information supports programme and buildability A hybrid working pattern: typically 3 days working from home, 2 days on site Working within a well-resourced project team on a major, live construction scheme Senior Design Manager experience required: Previous Data Centre build project experience is essential — this is a non-negotiable requirement A strong Design Management background covering both preconstruction and delivery stages, ideally CSA-focused Main contractor background Comfortable managing design risk, coordination and stakeholder input across a live, fast-paced projectS Senior Design Manager remuneration: £95,000 – £110,000 + full package Hybrid working — flexibility to balance home and site The opportunity to lead design on some of the most significant Data Centre projects in the UK, for a business genuinely on the front foot in this sector This is a red hot role for a start ASAP.
