This is your opportunity to step into a key position delivering BIM across a pipeline of major Industrial & Logistics projects in the South across the UK where digital construction is genuinely embedded into how projects are delivered.
You’ll be working across both pre-construction and live sites, driving coordination, improving project outcomes, and influencing how BIM is used day-to-day. Working from the company headquarters based in St Albans, you’ll work closely with the Digital Lead and project teams to own BIM on your projects, reduce reliance on external consultants, and bring real value through model-based delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading multi-disciplinary BIM coordination across live projects
- Managing models and processes in line with ISO 19650-2
- Running clash detection and driving issue resolution
- Supporting 4D planning, sequencing & logistics
- Embedding BIM into site teams and construction delivery
- Managing the Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Working with the supply chain to ensure BIM capability and compliance
- Supporting innovation, reporting, and continuous improvement
