Site Supervisor – 4-Week Contract Location: Watford – 5 minutes' walk from Watford Junction Contract Length: 4 weeks Start Date: 2 November Working Pattern: Monday to Friday Salary: £250 per day Project Value: £200,000 Overview We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee a 4-week refurbishment project in Watford. This is a practical, site-based role suited to someone who is comfortable leading from the front and getting involved with the works, rather than purely managing from an office. The project will involve a range of minor refurbishment and finishing works, including demolition, flooring, wet wall installation, decoration, furniture movements and waste removal. Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities and subcontractors Coordinate minor demolition and strip-out works Oversee flooring and finishing works Supervise wet wall installation Manage decoration and making-good works Coordinate furniture movements and positioning Organise waste removal and maintain a clean, safe site Ensure works are completed to the required programme and standard Manage deliveries, materials and site logistics Maintain site health
