We are recruiting experienced Gatemen / Site Access Supervisors for a long-term, security-sensitive construction project based in Catterick. This is a senior access-control role suited to individuals with supervisory experience on live construction sites, particularly within regulated or high-security environments.
Responsibilities
- Control and manage site access and egress points
- Verify ID, permits, and authorisation for all personnel and vehicles
- Supervise and coordinate on-site security guards
- Act as first point of contact for deliveries, visitors, and subcontractors
- Maintain access logs, incident reports, and daily records
- Liaise with site management and security teams
- Enforce health & safety and site security procedures
Essential Requirements
- Valid CSCS card
- SSSTS/BPSS or SC Security Clearance (must be active)
- Proven experience in a Gateman / Site Access / Security role on construction sites
