An established and growing building services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced A/C & Refrigeration Working Supervisor to join their team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys balancing site supervision with office coordination. You will be supporting installation projects, reactive works and planned maintenance contracts while leading engineers and maintaining high standards across all works.
The Role
- Supervising engineers across service, maintenance and small/medium installation projects
- Supporting reactive call-outs and assisting engineers during busy periods
- Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
- Organising materials and coordinating subcontractors
- Completing maintenance reports, FM documentation and preparing quotations
- Producing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
- Attending site meetings
- Allocating workload alongside the Projects Manager to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
What We're Looking For
- Recognised A/C & Refrigeration qualifications
- Previous supervisory or senior engineer experience
- Strong knowledge of major manufacturers systems
- Experience across installation, service and maintenance
- Confident IT skills including MS Office and FM systems
- Clean UK driving licence
- A professional, reliable and team-focused approach

- 40-hour week (Mon-Fri)
