We are looking for an experienced Building Services Manager with a mechanical bias to join a well-established Tier 2 main contractor delivering high-quality commercial projects in Oxford. This role offers the ideal balance of office-based work and hands-on site involvement, allowing you to focus on validating tenders, value engineering, evaluating M&E subcontractors, and reviewing technical submittals, while spending around 30% of your time on-site overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning.
