Job Description Night Manager – Retail Refurbishment\n \n Location: Norfolk – travel to retail sites\n \nContract Length: 7 weeks\n \nStart Date: 4th October 2026\n \nEnd Date: 19th November 2026\n \nRate: £300–£325 per night\n \nWorking Pattern: Sunday to Thursday – approximately 5–6 night shifts per week\n \nHours: Approximately 10:00pm–5:00am\n \nSector: Food Retail / Retail Refurbishment\n \n The Opportunity\n \n We are recruiting for an experienced Night Manager / Site Manager to oversee overnight retail refurbishment works.\n \n The project will primarily involve ceiling replacement, requiring a confident site professional capable of managing subcontractors, coordinating trades and ensuring the store is ready for trading following each shift.\n \n Key Responsibilities\n \n \n Manage night-shift refurbishment works. \n Oversee ceiling replacement and associated works. \n Coordinate subcontractors and multiple trades. \n Monitor progress and productivity. \n Ensure health & safety procedures are followed. \n Manage site logistics and materials. \n Liaise with store management and project stakeholders. \n Inspect completed works and monitor quality. \n Resolve site issues and keep works moving. \n Complete shift reports and handovers. \n Maintain a safe and organised working environment. \n Experience Required\n \n \n Previous experience as a Site Manager, Night Manager or Site Supervisor. \n Retail fit-out / refurbishment experience. \n Experience within live operational environments. \n Strong subcontractor management experience. \n Ceiling / interior systems experience desirable. \n SMSTS / SSSTS preferred. \n CSCS card required. \n Full UK driving licence. \n Able to work Sunday–Thursday nights. \n Willing to travel between multiple retail locations. \n \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
