These roles offer genuine site exposure, working closely with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers on high-value schemes. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the commercial management of large construction projects
- Supporting procurement of subcontract packages
- Preparing and processing subcontractor payments
- Assisting with valuations, variations, and change control
- Cost reporting, forecasting, and record keeping
- Supporting final accounts and commercial close-out
- Attending site meetings and liaising with operational teams
- Assisting in managing subcontractor relationships
- Ensuring commercial procedures and systems are followed
- Developing commercial and contractual knowledge under senior guidance

- Experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor (preferred)
- Exposure to construction projects in industrial, logistics, commercial, or similar sectors
- Understanding of subcontractor packages and cost control
