Role Overview
You will support the day to day running of site operations, helping to drive programme, coordinate subcontractors and ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification. You will play a key role in maintaining site standards, managing logistics and ensuring compliance across all aspects of health, safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily site operations and assist in coordinating subcontractor activities
- Carry out site inductions for operatives, visitors and subcontractors
- Review and manage RAMS prior to work commencement
- Deliver toolbox talks and health and safety briefings
- Manage site logistics including deliveries, access control and material movement
- Oversee permit to work systems and ensure compliance is maintained
- Monitor health and safety standards across site at all times
- Carry out regular quality inspections and support snagging processes
- Track progress against programme and assist in maintaining delivery targets
- Maintain accurate site records including diaries, reports and compliance documentation
- Identify and escalate risks, delays or quality issues promptly
- Support a safe, organised and efficient site environment
Candidate Requirements
- Strong track record delivering CAT A and CAT B office fit out projects
- Experience working on fast paced city centre schemes
- Good understanding of health and safety compliance and site procedures
- Confident managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple work packages
- Strong communication, organisation and problem solving skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a delivery team
- Available for an immediate start
