About the Project

We are recruiting experienced Construction Labourers for a major new-build accommodation development at Catterick Garrison. The project involves the construction of modern residential accommodation using modern construction methods and offers long-term work for reliable and hardworking candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • General labouring duties on a busy construction site.
  • Assisting skilled trades with day-to-day activities.
  • Loading, unloading and moving materials safely around site.
  • Keeping work areas clean, tidy and free from hazards.
  • Assisting with site setup and welfare maintenance.
  • Supporting deliveries and ensuring materials are stored correctly.
  • Following instructions from the Site Manager and Supervisors.
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and site rules.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure the project remains on programme.

Essential Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card Essential.
  • Previous construction site labouring experience.
  • Candidates MUST live within a 25-mile radius of Catterick Garrison.
  • Ability to carry out manual handling duties.
  • Good understanding of construction site Health & Safety.
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
  • Full PPE (Hard Hat, High Visibility Vest, Safety Boots and Gloves).
  • Right to work in the UK.

Desirable

  • Experience working on large-scale residential or commercial construction projects.
  • Knowledge of modern construction methods.
  • Own transport is advantageous.
