Our partner, a Tier 1 Construction Main Contractor, has recently secured the CSA works on a Hyperscale Data Centre build in North London. Build Space has been tasked to supply a best in class Health & Safety Manager to support an elite Project Delivery Team.

  • Are you an experienced Health & Safety Manager with extensive major project experience?

Health & Safety Manager roles & responsibilities:
  • Helping develop and roll out project specific Health & Safety standards
  • Strengthening construction safety practices through active on-site involvement
  • Identifying and managing high-risk activities across all project stages
  • Updating and maintaining all Health & Safety compliance docs
  • Working with QA/QC Team to ensure the two disciplines are in synch
Health & Safety Manager experience required:
  • Minimum 10 years Health & Safety Manager experience
  • Data Centre / Hyperscale project experience - desirable
  • Degree educated or similar
  • NEBOSH certified
  • Excellent communication skills - written and spoken

This is a red hot role on a long term contract.
