Job Description Mechanical Supervisor - Boiler Replacement\n \n Location: Central Birmingham\n \nDuration: 12 Weeks\n \nType: Freelance / Contract\n \nStart: ASAP\n \nRate: £300 per day\n \n The Role\n \n We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee a 12-week commercial project in Central Birmingham.\n \n The project involves the replacement of end-of-life commercial boilers, including the removal of existing equipment and installation of new boilers and associated mechanical services.\n \n Key Responsibilities\n \n \n Supervise mechanical installation works and site operatives. \n Oversee the removal and installation of commercial boiler systems. \n Coordinate mechanical subcontractors and engineers. \n Manage pipework, pumps, valves and associated heating services. \n Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard. \n Review and implement RAMS and maintain site safety standards. \n Liaise with the Project Manager, client and other site teams. \n Assist with testing, commissioning and final handover. \n Requirements\n \n \n Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor / Mechanical Foreman. \n Strong commercial experience with boiler replacement and heating systems. \n Experience working within plant rooms / commercial buildings. \n Good knowledge of mechanical services and associated pipework. \n SSSTS / SMSTS. \n CSCS. \n Strong communication and site coordination skills. \n Ideal background: Mechanical Supervisors who have delivered commercial boiler replacement, plant-room upgrades, heating system upgrades or end-of-life mechanical replacement projects.\n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
