Are you an experienced Health & Safety Manager with extensive major project experience? Have you worked for leading Tier 1 Main Contractors? Do you have experience of driving Health & Safety standards on challenging "live environment" projects? If so, Build Space has just the role for you!
Health & Safety Manager roles and responsibilities:
- Setting standards on site, regularly inspecting work practices to ensure these are being maintained
- Monitoring workplace conditions and practices to identify areas for improvement
- Updating and maintaining required safety records
- Overseeing compliance with health and safety laws, regulations and company policies, ensuring corrective actions are taken as needed
- Consistently evaluating and updating health and safety programs to address emerging risks and enhance workplace safety
Health & Safety Manager experience required:
- Minimum 10 years Health & Safety Manager experience
- Industrial & Logistics project experience - DESIRABLE
- NEBOSH certified
- Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
- Strong reporting skills
