The Opportunity
We are currently looking for an experienced No.1 Site Manager to join an established project team delivering a £15m commercial office and life sciences fit-out project in Guildford.
Reporting directly into the Site-Based Project Manager, you will take a leading role in the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required programme and quality standards.
This is a hands-on site-based position. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable being actively involved in the day-to-day running of the project, working closely with subcontractors and the wider project team rather than operating purely from the site office.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of site activities.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to drive the project programme and ensure key milestones are achieved.

- Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
