A well-established multidisciplinary construction and building services contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their pre-construction team in Milton Keynes. The business delivers a wide range of projects across commercial facilities, fit-out, refurbishment, small works, and design & build schemes, with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and repeat client delivery.

You will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive electrical estimates across a variety of commercial projects, working closely with project managers, engineers, and supply chain partners. This is a key office-based role where commercial awareness, technical knowledge, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed electrical tenders from drawings, specifications, and site surveys
  • Carry out take-offs and produce accurate cost plans and BOQs
  • Assess labour, materials, plant, and subcontractor packages

  • Identify value engineering opportunities
