Design Manager roles & responsibilities:

  • Driving all design related project outcomes.
  • Providing role specific technical expertise in design management and act as focal point for all technical design related matters on projects.
  • Developing a detailed design programme with all relevant parties to satisfy design, procurement and construction requirements.
  • Chairing Design Team meetings with Client / Design Consultancies.
  • Ensuring design is compliant with statutory requirements and applicable standards.

Design Manager experience required:

  • Minimum 5 years Design Manager experience.
  • Degree qualified or similar.
  • Excellent BIM knowhow.
  • Industrial & Logistics, Commercial, Mixed Use project experience.
  • Strong communication skills - written and spoken.
