Commercial Manager roles and responsibilities:

• Managing projects from work winning stage through to final accounts
• Client, consultants management
• Preconstruction set up, cost planning
• Resource management – building quality teams across all projects
• Reporting upline to Board

Commercial Manager experience required:

• Minimum 5 years Commercial Manager experience
• Top Main Contractor / Client Side Consultancy experience
• Excellent NEC contract knowhow
• Degree educated or similar
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken
