Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 25 years experience, ideally with a background in commercial and retail fit-out projects.
You will support the commercial team across the full project lifecycle, gaining exposure to high-profile schemes in Central London:
- Support procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
- Assist with valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and contribute to financial reporting
- Work closely with site teams to ensure cost control and commercial efficiency
Requirements:
- 25 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role
- Previous experience working on commercial / retail fit-out or refurbishment projects
- Degree qualified (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Good understanding of construction processes and contracts (JCT)
- Ambition to progress within a leading main contractor
