My client is a well-established and highly respected Building & Construction Consultancy with a strong presence across London and the South. Their services span Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Clerk of Works, delivering high-quality professional advice across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors. With ambitious growth plans and a reputation for technical excellence, they are looking to expand their Thames Valley team with the appointment of a Chartered or Senior Chartered Building Surveyor.
The Role: This is a client-facing position suited to an experienced Building Surveyor who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and managing projects from inception through to completion. You will:
- Manage a broad range of professional and project instructions across multiple sectors
- Engage directly with clients and build strong, lasting relationships
- Lead instructions from proposal stage through to delivery and completion
- Deliver high-quality reports, specifications and contract administration services
- Work independently while collaborating within an integrated team
- Contribute to business development and support the continued growth of the London office
This role offers genuine scope to take ownership of your work and play an active role in the development of the business.
Who We're Looking For: We are keen to receive applications from professional individuals (preferably MRICS or MCIOB qualified) who can demonstrate:
- 5-10 years post-qualification experience (Senior level)
