We are recruiting experienced Gatemen / Site Access Supervisors for a long-term, high-security construction project based in Catterick. This is a senior access-control position, suited to individuals with proven supervisory experience on live construction sites, ideally within regulated or security-sensitive environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing and controlling all site access and egress points
- Verifying identification, permits, and authorisation for personnel and vehicles
- Supervising and coordinating on-site security operatives
- Acting as the first point of contact for deliveries, visitors, and subcontractors
- Maintaining accurate access logs, incident reports, and daily records
- Liaising closely with site management and security teams
- Enforcing site security protocols and health & safety procedures
- Valid CSCS Card
- SSSTS
- Active BPSS or SC Security Clearance (mandatory)
- Proven experience in a Gateman, Site Access, or Construction Security role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- £195 - £200 per day
