Projects range from £500k to £20m, with a typical value of £1.5m-£4.5m, and our clients range from ambitious scale-ups to major corporate organisations. We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. You'll take ownership of multiple live fit-out projects, working closely with the delivery and design teams to manage costs across the full project lifecycle. This is a role with genuine influence. You won't be buried in a back-office function; you'll be central to how our projects perform commercially.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Take full commercial ownership of multiple D&B interior fit-out projects running simultaneously.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans from inception through to final account.
- Procure subcontractor and supplier packages, negotiating terms and managing performance throughout.
- Handle valuations, variations, and final accounts with accuracy and professionalism.
- Produce regular cost reports and forecasts, keeping the delivery and senior teams fully sighted.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Designers to provide commercial strategy and proactive risk mitigation.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors representing Interaction with confidence at all levels.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven QS experience within interior fit-out or commercial refurbishment; you know this sector and its pace.
- Solid understanding of Design & Build contracts and how to manage commercial risk within them.
- A track record of managing projects in the £1m-£10m+ range with confidence.
- Commercially sharp with strong cost control instincts; you spot risk early and act on it.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; clear, confident and credible with clients, subcontractors and colleagues alike.
- Degree qualified or equivalent preferred, though relevant experience will always speak louder.
