Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of high-value new-build schemes, typically ranging between £20m£100m+, overseeing projects from pre‑construction through to handover. This role blends technical expertise, commercial awareness, and client engagement to ensure every project meets the highest standards.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage programme and cost performance, and act as the key client interface, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency remain at the heart of every decision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of industrial and logistics projects.
• Develop and deliver project programmes in line with budget, scope, and client expectations.
• Oversee site delivery teams and ensure subcontractor performance meets high standards.
• Drive proactive health, safety, and environmental leadership across all project activities.
• Manage project risk, procurement, and change control processes.
