Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 dependent on experience

Working Location: Hybrid | 2 days a week in our Old Street office if London based or 2 days a month in office if outside of London

What You'll Do

  • Own and maintain a clear, prioritised product roadmap with a rolling 3-month visibility.
  • Make data-driven decisions on new features and improvements, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategy.
  • Stay closely aligned with market trends, competitors, and the evolving PropTech landscape.

User Insight & Feedback

  • Build a structured feedback loop with Customer Success and Design to inform product decisions.
  • Regularly engage with users to understand pain points, validate assumptions, and ensure releases deliver measurable value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the connector between sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, and design.
  • Translate user needs and business priorities into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with our Senior Full Stack Engineer on scoping, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.

Delivery & Execution

  • Work with engineering and design in weekly sprints to ship high-quality features consistently.
  • Use Figma and similar tools to review, prototype, and refine product solutions.
  • Ensure communication is smooth and transparent across all teams involved in releases.
  • Keep the team aligned, informed, and moving in the same direction.

  • Comfortable working closely with engineering – especially our Senior Engineer.

Right to Work in the UK

Proven success owning and maintaining a product roadmap. Strong understanding of agile processes, sprints, and iterative development. Strong experience with prototyping tools such as Figma (must be able to review, comment, and collaborate effectively with Design).

Desired Experience

  • Previous experience in SaaS, PropTech and/or start-up environments.
  • Understanding of the UK property/land market would be a huge plus.
  • Technical familiarity (APIs, QA processes, data platforms, or engineering workflows) – not essential but valuable.

Interview Process

  • 15 minute introductory call with HR Team
  • 30 minute interview with our Commercial Director and Senior Engineer
  • A task stage before a 30 minute interview with Searchland CEO
