About the Role
As a Schedule Integration Specialist, you will:
- Thoroughly understand our customers' construction schedules/programmes as part of the design of the Buildots Digital twin.
- Align activities in construction schedules/programmes to the construction activities tracked by Buildots.
- Work on a wide variety of different project types from around the world.
- Provide ongoing project maintenance throughout the project's lifecycle.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven operational experience in construction projects.
- Engineering/Planning/Construction Management Degree (or equivalent).
- Proven experience with construction schedules.
- Familiarity with the sequence of work at the Fit Out stage of a construction project.
- Working knowledge of 3D modeling software (an advantage).
- Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and installations.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Great interpersonal skills & interface management.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Technical requirements
- Tech savvy, proficient in computer applications, MS Office, and G Suite.
- MS Project, P6, Powerproject – Advantage.
Work Arrangement & Salary
Work Arrangement: Fully remote (work from home). This role is only open to candidates residing in the UK.
