This is a senior individual contributor position within Buildots' UK, Ireland & Nordics Sales team, with a primary focus on Mission Critical customers. You will be responsible for winning new business and growing existing customer relationships within a defined territory. You will need to be equally comfortable at boardroom level and on a construction site, and you will understand how to build the kind of trust that leads to multi-project enterprise agreements.
- Win new customers and grow existing relationships across the Mission Critical sector
- Own your pipeline end to end, from outbound prospecting through to commercial close
- Build genuine partnerships with senior decision makers across hyperscale operators and their construction partners
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with structured account planning and accurate forecasting
- Work consultatively to understand customer challenges and position Buildots as a long-term intelligence platform
- Represent Buildots at industry events and with senior executives
Minimum 7 years of experience in construction, ConTech, or an adjacent B2B technology sector (must)
Demonstrable track record of closing enterprise or complex multi-project deals (must)
Experience selling into or working within the Mission Critical or Data Centre construction sector is a strong advantage
Proven ability to lead long and complex sales cycles from cold to close
Strong executive presence and the ability to build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders
A team player who shares knowledge, supports colleagues, and takes the wider business seriously
Comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days per week in our London office
