Job Description
- Undertake residential valuations and inspections in accordance with RICS standards.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports including HomeBuyer and Building Surveys.
- Advise clients on property conditions, defects, and associated risks.
- Manage instructions independently while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, guidance notes, and best practice.
- Contribute to business development through professional conduct and repeat client referrals.
The Successful Candidate Should Have / Be:
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualification
- Experience in residential surveys and valuations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality reports.
