Salary: £48,000 – £53,000 – DOE

The Role

This is a full-time role for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer within our Belfast Office responsible for designing building services electrical systems. You will focus on local work with occasional travel. Our portfolio will give you opportunities to:

• Experience full ownership and lifecycle through our smaller projects.

About You:

You are likely to be a good communicator with strong problem-solving and analytical skills who thrives in a team. You will have:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience of designing building services electrical systems.
• Bachelor\’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in the production of electrical design specification, drawings, schematics and reports.
• Experience of design through all RIBA stages from concept, technical design, tender information production, construction and handover.

You are likely to have experience of most of the following: Small Power; Data/Comms; Lighting; Fire Detection; CCTV; LV Distribution, Access Control, Mechanical Wiring; AutoCAD; Trimble Prodesign (Amtech) software (or similar); Dialux or similar lighting design packages.

Experience of Revit and BIM would be an advantage. You will have existing right to work in the UK and ideally a valid driving license.
