Haydens Residential Surveying is an independent RICS Residential Surveying business based in the West Midlands, looking for a skilled and enthusiastic surveyor to join the team.

Job Description

• Undertake residential valuations and inspections in accordance with RICS standards.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports including HomeBuyer and Building Surveys.
• Advise clients on property conditions, defects, and associated risks.
• Manage instructions independently while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, guidance notes, and best practice.
• Contribute to business development through professional conduct and repeat client referrals.

The Successful Candidate Should Have / Be:

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualification
• Experience in residential surveys and valuations.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality reports.
• A customer‑focused approach, with excellent communication skills.
• A collaborative attitude – we believe in working together for the best outcomes.
