Position Summary
Flagstaffe are a specialist FF&E sub-contractor delivering large scale packages comprising fitted bedroom and kitchen furniture as well as associated loose goods in the PBSA, Co-Living and BTR sectors. Typical project values £300K – £3m.
It is the responsibility of the Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of a project from the point of sale to the start on site. This will include planning, programming, design co-ordination and procurement.
The Operations Manager will coordinate clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment in project scope and deliverables whilst staying true to the commercial expectations and agreed parameters.
The Ops Manager will be excellence focused and champion the company’s culture centered around its 6Cs philosophy.
The role will be partly office and partly home based with visits to site as and when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Have proven experience in project management, operations, or a related role in the FF&E or construction industry.
· Demonstrate competence and confidence in understanding technical drawings, construction drawings and programmes.
· Have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Be detail oriented with excellent prioritisation skills
· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and client relations.
Preferred
Have experience in delivering FF&E packages within student accommodation or residential property sectors.
